Hugo Araújo is CEO of SIBS ROMANIA S.A. & Romcard S.A., the biggest payments processing center in Romania and one of the biggest in the Central & Eastern Europe region, serving clients in Moldova, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Malta, and US.
He is a true believer in the future of digital payments and has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the electronic payments space, delivering major initiatives and revenue growth projects, as well as opening new markets from the ground up.
Prior to joining SIBS Romania, Hugo Araújo served as General Manager of SIBS International, overseeing all SIBS international business in Europe and Africa.
