- Zbigniew Jacek Wiliński
Director of the FinTech Department of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
From 2017 to 2019, he served as Deputy Director of the Analysis Department and the Tax Collection Department at the Ministry of Finance, where he managed the Standard Audit File for Tax project (pl. Jednolity Plik Kontrolny), which was awarded a distinction in 2018 by the Project Management Institute (PMI) Poland Chapter, and MinFinTech projects, which aimed at acquiring innovative tools to improve the efficiency of the National Revenue Administration implemented within the Gov-Tech Poland programme. He served as a mentor and ambassador for GovTech Poland.
Lecturer at the Tax&Customs Academy and the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution on the topics of: modern analytical solutions, web data extraction, e-commerce,and tax fraud.
In 1 October 2019, he took up the position of Director of the FinTech Department at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA). At the Department, he oversees projects to support the development of financial innovations in Poland. He is responsible for training courses within the Centre for Education in Science & Technology, the activities of an educational platform for non-professional market participants and the Innovation Hub programme, and represents PFSA at financial markets and media events.
