Head of Fintech Department at National Bank of Moldova
Vadim Jeleascov has been involved in the creation of startups for 11 years and has been part of the National Bank of Moldova team since April 2023. Vadim heads the Fintech department, where he focuses on the implementation of Instant Payments and Open Banking projects. Throughout his career, he has worked on the implementation of various projects in Moldova, such as the electronic procurement system and the energy compensation service for vulnerable populations.
