Portfolio Manager – Seed Starter ÄŚS
Beáta is a technological innovation advocate and enthusiast. She is a constant learner, always searching for meaningful and ethical business models. She strongly believes in positive leadership, curiosity, and taking one small step every single day (literally, as she has her daily 5k routine).
Currently, she is working on her second degree in healthcare management, delving deeper into change management and Big Data governance. The data-driven possibilities of startups fascinate her. The topic is multifaceted, encompassing technical, social, and personal significance. She hopes to continue exploring what the future holds.
Over the past three years, she led the largest global acceleration program in the Czech Republic. The program included over 240 tech startups, including state-of-the-art healthcare solutions. Her role involved creating and iterating the program, with governance involving local-global and public/private sector stakeholders. Together with her 14-member team, she assisted in identifying and meeting the needs of startups, providing funding for business development services, and establishing acceleration programs in the USA, UK, and Asia.
She aspires to broaden her mindset, adapt to new technologies, and strive for a state of flow in all her engagements.
